THE STATE OF TEXAS
COUNTY OF BELL                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               
BY VIRTUE OF AN ORDER OF SALE (1)

WHEREAS, on December 7, 2018, in that certain cause number 296,303-C, Styled; OVATION SERVICES, LLC VS. REBECCA RICHARDSON, Wherein said PLAINTIFF, OVATION SERVICES, LLC, and INTERVENORS,  TAX APPRAISAL DISTRICT OF BELL COUNTY, ET AL, on behalf of itself and all other entities it collects for, recovered judgment in the District Court of Bell County, Texas, 169th  Judicial District, in cause no. 296,303-C, against Defendant, Rebecca Richardson, for delinquent taxes, penalties, interest, and court costs, in the amount of $43,613.34, for the years hereinafter shown upon the described property below.  On 27 February 2019, Deputy Constable Rosenthal seized, levied upon and will on the first Tuesday in April 2019, the same day being the 2nd  day of said month at the courthouse door, located at 1201 Huey Drive, Belton, Texas, of said county, in the City of Belton, at the hour of 10:30 o'clock A.M. on said day, proceed to sell for cash to the highest bidder all the right, title and interest of the defendant in such suit in and to the following described real estate levied upon as the property of said defendant, the same being situated in the County of Bell and the State of Texas, to wit:

THE  NORTH  90  FEET  OF  LOT  4,  IN  BLOCK  D  OF  BENTLEY'S   BELLVIEW ADDITION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF TEMPLE, BELL COUNTY, TEXAS, ACCORDING  TO  THE  PLAT  RECORDED   IN  VOLUME   160,  PAGE  638,  DEED RECORDS OF BELL COUNTY, TEXAS.

PROPERTY ADDRESS:  807  1/2  S. 39th STREET, TEMPLE TX 76504

including but not limited to, all interest of Grantor, if any, in (I) stripes and gores, in any between the property and any abutting properties, whether owned of claimed  by deed, limitations  or otherwise and whether located inside or outside the property; and (2) and land lying in or under the bed of any creek, stream, or waterway,  or any highway,  avenue,  street, road, alley,  easement,  or  right of way, open or proposed, in, on, across, abutting or adjacent to property.

ALL SALES SHALL BE WITHOUT WARRANTY AS TO TITLE OR CONDITION, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS EVIDENCED BY CONSTABLE'S BILL OF SALE.
